At Brava Ballerina, we have a returns policy that allows you 30 days to request a return from the moment you receive your item. To ensure the return is accepted, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you need to make a return, simply contact us at contact@bravaballerina.com, and we will provide you with a return shipping label and necessary instructions.

To ensure you get what you desire, we offer worldwide shipping at a fixed cost of 5.00€ for standard and 8.00€ for express shipping within Spain, or 16.00€ internationally. Please note that shipping costs do not include potential import taxes or customs duties. Furthermore, you will receive a tracking number by email once we dispatch your order, making it easy for you to keep track.
